Learning Agreement

The Learning Agreement is an agreement between you, the internship institution and your home university. The Learning Agreement should be submitted to us one month before the start of your internship. If we don´t receive the fully completed agreement with all 3 signatures BEFORE the start of your internship, we can no longer fund your internship.

For all: Later changes of the Learning Agreement: Change of Duration.

Kontaktperson an der Hochschule

The responsible contact person at the university is the person who should sign your Learning Agreement. With their signature, they confirm in particular the type of planned recognition of the internship. In many departments there is a permanent person with this function. If you don´t find anybody suitable in our list, please decide for yourself who is the right person.

The EU requirement for this is as follows:

"Responsible contact person at the Sending Institution: this person is responsible for signing the Learning Agreement, amending it if needed and recognising the credits and associated learning outcomes on behalf of the responsible academic body as set out in the Learning Agreement. It is a person who provides a link for administrative information and who, depending on the structure of the higher education institution, may be the departmental coordinator or will work at the international relations office or equivalent body within the institution (e.g. Prüfungsamt, placement coordinator, Erasmus coordinator, professor …)."
